First Charter Bank Corporate Headquarters

The 270,000SF First Charter Center houses the company headquarters, as well as their operations and technology functions. The facility consists of structural steel with composite metal wall panels, recessed access floors, and a fully redundant electrical and HVAC system for full operation during emergency situations. The facility contains some 900 computer work stations.

“A really integral building that really combines form and function. Everyone was very happy with the end result, but in the end it was all of our people and team members that made the project a success”

Emmitt Black

“Here is another example of how we can construct a fairly large project on time by keeping the lines of communications open and putting the customer first.”

Clinton Black

“Building the First Charter Center is the largest real estate project ever undertaken by our company and working with the team at CM Black made it a very satisfying experience. They constructed a beautiful, high-quality building that our employees enjoy working in and our visitors compliment us on every day.

CM Black worked closely with us on the many construction details that arose, met the construction completion schedule that we established, and built a first class facility.”
